All puppies are AKC registered they will have their dew claws removed, all age appropriate shots/worming, have a health certificate and a 12 month guarantee on crippling genetic defects. If there are any crippling genetic defects during that 12 month period we will replace the pup with another from a future litter. There will be no monetary refunds. We will not reimburse any Dr. fee’s. We require proof of the defect from a licensed Veterinarian. All costs associated with the return are the new owner’s responsibility.
We do our best to breed excellent quality puppies. Most of our Danes are imported from Europe and therefore parents are hip certified in compliance with the European standards. Health testing and screenings are good for the dog tested on the day the test is done i.e. a Dane with an excellent cardiac screening today could die of a heart attack tomorrow. Unfortunately we also cannot guarantee against conditions & circumstances beyond our control such as cancer and other acquired health defects. Length of life, height, weight, HOD, eye color, nose color & weakness of the 3rd eye lid are also not guaranteed. We wish we could determine how long our pets will live as well, but as with anything else in life there are circumstances beyond our control. There is nothing perfect in this life, not in humans & certainly not in our animals. Some die early & some live a long wonderful life. All we can do as pet owners is give them the best care we possibly can.
Your puppy can be returned at any time, there will be NO refund on the purchase price. Once you return the puppy you are giving up all rights to that puppy. We are not a store where you can return something because it doesn’t fit or you don’t like the color. When you decide on your new addition make sure you have put a lot of thought into it. There are responsibilities that come with being a pet owner.
We love & care for our dogs above & beyond, they are happy, well rounded, playful & well socialized. Danes generally have a laid back & loving disposition. As a new owner it is your job to continue to maintain, nurture & build upon what nature has provided. Without consistent training, discipline & attention you can create a four legged monster.
A $500 deposit is required at the time you make your selection – this is NON-REFUNDABLE so again make sure you are ready for your new addition.
Final payment is due in cash upon pick up or via money order 10 days before shipping.
Shipping charges consist of the following:
$150 payable to the breeder to cover the costs of the crate, travel health certificate, airline paperwork & transport to the airport.
Airline fees can be prepaid to the airline directly. The average cost is $250 to $280 Continental & Delta are very good carriers.
